Children boxing in Contramaestre

Contramaestre, Nov.03.- As part of the activities carried out by the National Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation (INDER) in this city in greeting to the Day of Physical Culture and Sports and the founding anniversary of INDER, a boxing poster was recently organized in the category 11-12, with the participation of the pre-selections of Santiago de Cuba, San Luís, Palma Soriano and the hosts under the auspices of the Contramaestre sports team, who get ready for the provincial Games of the season.

The main objective of the popular sports event, according to the sports glory Felipe Álvarez, was to assess the technical state (swings, displacement and beats), physical (aerobic resistance) psychological (concentration) and training in values of each athlete called to occupy a position within the team of their municipality.

For the local pre-selection the 34 kg José Addriel Leyva won a complicated fight against the Angel Peralta from Palmain the best fight of the match.
