Contramaestre is happier on Saturdays (+Photos)

Contramaestre, Nov. 09.- The people in this city keep the joy of every day, but they are happier on Saturdays, with their fair of agricultural products. Contramaestrians go out to solve the indispensable food for the week, and complete the basic supply guaranteed by La Libreta, through which each Cuban receives subsidized products every month.

Every Saturday in Contramaestre, companies and state entities, and private workers offer a service of products necessary for the kitchen fundamentally. There are improvised snack stands to sell ham or roast pork sandwiches, pizza with pork meat.

All sell under state supervision by a team of inspectors, who ensure that the sales sites and products have the quality required for sale and consumption respectively.
