Contramaestre 2018 Carnival Starts by Midnight

Contramaestre is putting the finishing touches to the preparation of 2018 Carnival, which will begin today at midnight when the opening gala offers the population the performance of local artists and guests.

As every year, the 2018 Carnival was preceded by the popular children’s feast that took place last Sunday. For the little ones at home, there were sweets, children’s music, entertainment devices, clown performances and a parade of big dolls.

Many Contramaestrians are already enjoying drinks, food and music in the streets in anticipation of what is going to happen from tonight until midnight on Sunday. The locals also attended yesterday’s crop fair that normally takes place on Saturdays, as it was organized on Wednesday on the occasion of the carnival.

The people of Contramaestre hope to delight in the traditional options that are normally included in private and state offers regarding food, drinks and music and other artistic options…
