Public Health in Contramaestre Steps Forward

Contramaestre Public Health steps forward in the process of improving the quality and satisfaction of the people by providing better services.

The sector’s priorities for 2019 in Contramaestre municipality are to invigorate the actions of all its personnel, to ensure the strengthening of integral actions and to reach the goals emphasizing on Primary Health Care and the Family Physician and Nurse Program. Efforts are also being made to continue hygiene care and epidemiology, which will ensure a reduction in the rate of infestation by the Aedes aegypti mosquito.

Another priority for 2019 is the export of medical services and the diversity of sources of income in its different export modalities. As well as to fulfill the commitments of the international collaboration.

Similarly, it is a priority for the Contramaestre’s public health to guarantee the repair, maintenance and recovery of the material infrastructure, as well as to ensure the safety and security of the workers, along with medical and non-medical equipment, focusing on the sustainability of what has been recovered.

This sector, conquered by the Cuban Revolution, will fulfill the goals, challenges and priorities proposed. To this end, there is an army of “white coats” that are wherever the duty calls them, honoring their Homeland.
