Surgery Congress Condemns Hostility to Cuba
Havana, Cuba. – The cruel blockade of the United States government, determined to destroy the Revolution and its immense work, affects Public Health every day in highly sensitive issues, denounced the national director of Science and Technological Innovation of the Ministry of Public Health, Ileana Morales.
At the 14th Congress of the Cuban Society of Surgery, she emphasized that our people and the health workers maintain a firm position working more and more every day, convinced in the victory.
Morales said that in the coming months they will work on the Surgical Development Plan until 2030, the approval of new Development and Innovation Units, and the expansion of technology transfers, among other tasks.
He stressed that technologies related to the specialty have been developed and they have consolidated their community projection.
