Research Applied in Special Education

The creation of teaching aids for deaf children are included in the implementation of studies carried out at Fructuoso Rodríguez special school, a support center for this type of teaching in Villa Clara Province.

Marisel Carpio Jiménez, teacher of hearing impaired children and best researcher of the year among the teachers of all educations in the province, explained that methodologies and resources were conceived in class.

The need to have tools guaranteeing a better understanding of the teaching-educational message, led to the pedagogical creation, with tangible results, explained the 5th grade teacher for profoundly deaf children.

Graduates of Fructuoso Rodríguez, are currently studying university or basic secondary education in general education, with a positive task, a follow-up carried out by teacher Carpio Jiménez.
