International Nursing Day to be held in Villa Clara province
The integral results in the assistance and teaching allowed Villa Clara to obtain the venue of the central activities of Cuba for the International Day of Nursing this May 12.
The central province has more than 6,000 professionals in this branch of health, most of whom completed higher studies as graduates in the specialty.
Among Villa Clara’s achievements, which made it the creditor of the central activities for the International Day of Nursing, is the work linked to the Cuban Society that brings together the guild, and teacher training in universities and other centers dedicated to upgrading.
The national ceremony for the date in that territory will take place on May 11 at the Carlos Baliño Party Provincial School, where the work of those who practice such a noble profession will be recognized.
