Cuban President Denounces Program That Promotes Medical Brain Theft

The president of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel, denounced the attempts to impose the Parole Program for Cuban Doctors, established by the U.S. government of George W. Bush and repealed by President Barack Obama.

In his Twitter account, Diaz-Canel wrote that they are trying to impose a perverse resource to promote brain drain. One more anti-Cuban campaign, which shows imperial impotence in the face of revolutionary conquests. Its promoters are incapable of favoring a civilized relationship, they are blinded by haughtiness.
