Cuba participates in Italy’s international tourism fair
Rome, Oct 9 (RHC) Cuba participates today in the 56th edition of the international fair TTG Travel Experience in the seaside city of Rimini with a varied offer for the coming winter season.
The Caribbean nation attends the most important exhibition for professionals in the sector of that country, dedicated for three days to the promotion of Italian and global tourism with a stand in which are represented the hotel chains Cubanacán, Islazul, Gran Caribe, Sol Meliá, Iberostar, Blue Diamond and Muthu.
They are also part of the Antillean delegation, headed by the First Deputy Minister of Tourism, Luis Miguel Diaz, the Cuban airline of Aviation, Havanatur and receptive agencies and Italian tour operators, among others.
The offer of the Cuban tourist product arrived in Rimini after concluding its traditional annual tour started in Rome and which included on this occasion the cities of Salerno, Foggia and Pescara, with novel proposals and numerous attractions, including activities for the celebration of the 500th anniversary of the founding of Havana, Wonder City of the World.
Similarly, TTG becomes an excellent opportunity to promote participation in the 40th edition of the International Tourism Fair FitCuba 2020, which this year will take place from 4 to 9 May, in Plaza America, Varadero and will have Russia as guest country.
Also in this fair in Rimini, the organizers will call the First International Fair of Tourism and Health scheduled for October 2020, based in Las Praderas, the Cuban capital.
In this edition of TTG Travel Experience participate about three thousand exhibitors with more than 130 tourist destinations and Costa Rica as guest country.
