Angola pays tribute to Fidel
Luanda, Angola. – Young Angolan graduates in Cuba and Cuban health personnel in that country, remembered the historic leader of the Revolution Fidel Castro Ruz, notes the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on its website.
The president of the Association of Former Angolan Students in Cuba, Pedro Neto, said at the Aníbal de Melo Press Center in Luanda that the tribute to Fidel will always be made, because we have to see how much he did for the Angolans and for Angola.
The eternal Commander in Chief has a political dimension that few could reach, Neto told diplomats from the island and Venezuela.
Antonio Pacavira, director of the Fidel Castro Health Institute, recalled several of the moments that made the revolutionary shine like a statesman; while the general secretary of the Angola-Cuba Friendship Association, Fernando Jaime, highlighted Fidel’s leadership by commenting on his actions at the head of the Revolution.
